Painted Shaker Kitchen in Edwardian White

Alex Lee Kitchens recently completed a stunning renovation for a couple in Lutterworth transforming their outdated cooking space into an elegant Painted Shaker Kitchen in Edwardian White. The clients wanted a kitchen that would balance timeless aesthetics with practical functionality for their busy household.

Working closely with the homeowners, head designer Alex Steel created a bespoke layout, that looked to take the best of what already worked for the customer and enhance it. Shaker cabinetry in a soft Edwardian White palette. The design incorporated traditional elements like beaded detailing and corniced cabinets while introducing modern conveniences such as integrated storage solutions and high-performance Neff appliances. The finished space was completed with premium quartz worktops in a complementary neutral tone and aged copper hardware that adds warmth to the classic white design.

The renovation has completely transformed how the family uses their home. What was once a cramped, inefficient space is now the heart of the household, a gathering place that seamlessly blends heritage design with contemporary functionality.
